Our impact
Sarilla is more than a drink. It’s a product with purpose and a movement to inspire you to reconnect with your true self. Born from the spirit of resilience and a deep connection to Rwanda’s people and land, every can helps create lasting change.

Every sip makes a difference
Through our 501(c)(3) partner, Africa Healing Exchange (AHE), we support regenerative farming, trauma-healing programs, and women-led cooperatives—so communities can thrive.

We partner with women farmers in Rwanda to grow ingredients in rich, biodiverse soil—restoring ecosystems, improving food security, and building healthy communities.

We provide business mentorship, entrepreneurship training, and access to seed funding so our partners can launch and grow their own brands.

Through localized trauma-healing programs, we help survivors of conflict and hardship reclaim their well-being, rebuild their communities, and inspire the next generation.

In partnership with local cooperatives, we support year-round water access and irrigation systems that strengthen households and farms.

We maintain a fully transparent supply chain and host TeaVentures to Rwanda so you can meet the growers and see the impact firsthand.
Our Progress So Far
After the DRC volcano and subsequent earthquakes crossed the border, we helped rebuild nearly 50 homes at Ubuzima Healing Garden Farm, where women grow the herbs used in Sarilla flavors.
With the Umutuzo Cooperative, we built a water irrigation system for year-round access. We’re partnering with Rotary International to scale this project to 7 villages by the end of 2023. Please donate here.
From the high-elevation tea fields of Rwanda to your can, we know every step of the journey — and every farmer behind it. Take a quick tour of our partnership with the Women of Umutuzo and the Healing Garden we’re building together."
