The Ol’ Razzle Dazzle
- Raspberries
- Mint
- 1 tsp. Monk fruit sugar
- ½ lemon
- Sarilla Lemon Black Tea
Add raspberries, mint, monk fruit sugar, lemon juice together and muddle. Add Sarilla Lemon Black Tea and top with ice.
Stir + garnish with mint.
Lemon Peary
- Mint
- ½ Lemon
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- 1 part Sarilla Lemon Black Tea
- 1 part Pear Juice
- Pear slices (for garnish)
Add mint, lemon juice, simple syrup all together and muddle ingredients. Add ice.
Add one part Sarilla Lemon Black Tea, one part pear juice. Stir.
Garnish with mint leaves and pear. Enjoy ~
St. Patty’s Green Special
- Sliced cucumber (for drink + garnish)
- Seeded jalapeno slices
- Mint
- ½ oz. Monk Fruit simple syrup
- 1 ½ oz. Lime juice (or lemon if preferred)
- Ice
- Sarilla Hibiscus Green Tea
Add cucumber, seeded jalapeno, mint, simple syrup, and citrus juice. Muddle + Shake.
Pour over ice. Garnish with cucumber slices inside. Top with Sarilla Hibiscus Green Tea.
Crisp Apple Sour
- 1 ½ oz. Lemon Juice
- Monk fruit sugar
- Ice
- 1 oz. Monk fruit simple syrup
- ½ Ginger Beer
- ½ Sarilla Apple Black Tea
- Apple slices (for garnish)
Rim glass with lemon + monk fruit sugar. Add ice. Add all ingredients + stir. Garnish with apple slices.
Bubbly Coconut Green Tea
- Ice
- 1 oz. Monk fruit simple syrup
- 1 ½ oz. Lime juice
- ⅓ part Cold-brewed Green Tea*
- ⅓ part Unsweetened coconut milk
- ⅓ part Pineapple seltzer water
Pour all ingredients over ice + stir.
*We use our loose leaf Green Tîma Tea
Pineapple Platinum Refresher
You will need a:
- Blender
- Strainer or cheesecloth
- 1 cup Chopped ginger
- 1 cup Pineapple chunks
- 1 ½ oz. Lime juice
- 1 oz. Monk fruit simple syrup
- Water
- Sarilla Ginger White Tea
Add ginger, pineapple, lime juice and simple syrup together and blend. Strain mixture into glass over ice. Top with Sarilla Ginger White Tea.
Green Hibiscus Mule
- Dried hibiscus
- Water
- Mint
- 1 ½ oz. Lime juice
- 3 oz. Hibiscus water
- 1 part Ginger beer
- 1 part Sarilla Hibiscus Green Tea
- Lime slices (for garnish)
For Hibiscus Water:
Wash and soak dried hibiscus flowers in water for 20 minutes. Transfer to a reusable glass bottle.
For Mocktail:
Add mint, hibiscus water, and lime juice. Muddle. Add mixture over ice. Top with ginger beer and Sarilla Hibiscus Green Tea.
Use lime, mint and hibiscus flowers for a pretty garnish!
Black Basil Platinum
- Basil
- Blackberries
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- 1 part Ginger beer
- 1 part Sarilla Ginger White Tea
Add basil, blackberries, and simple syrup together + muddle. Continue to add ginger beer to mix.
In a separate glass, add ice. Pour blackberry mixture over ice. Top with Sarilla Ginger White Tea.
Harvest Mock-Mosa
- ½ oz. Cinnamon simple syrup
- 1 part Sarilla Apple Black Tea
- 1 part Fresh Orange Juice
- Cinnamon Stick (for garnish)
For cinnamon simple syrup:
Bring 1 cup of water, 1 cup of monk fruit sugar*, and 2 cinnamon sticks to a boil. Stir, cool, and transfer to a reusable container.
For Mocktail:
Add simple syrup and Sarilla Apple Black Tea together. Top with fresh orange juice and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
*Cane sugar is fine too!
